Thank you for shopping at hauterepublic.com! Our exchange and return policies are stated below.

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.hauterepublic.com

For items to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned undamaged, clean and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

For Accessories, no returns are accepted. However, if an accessory arrives to you damaged, it may be exchanged.

Returns and/or Exchanges are only accepted if the item returned is post marked within 14 days from the shipped date.
No Exceptions

If any item purchased at www.hauterepublic.com fails to meet your expectations and is not an accessory:

For Refund of Online Purchases made in the United States:

If an item is returned for a refund, and free shipping is applied, $5.00 will be deducted from the value of each returned item(s) to cover our shipping costs.

We accept returns for defective item(s) and/or unworn item(s) only. If the returned item(s) is not deemed defective or the correct item(s) was shipped, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. Please write, "return for credit" on your invoice and include it in your return package to expedite processing.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item returned is undamaged and clean.
No Exceptions
If the item is mailed to us damaged and/or dirty we will not issue an exchange.

Your package will include an order invoice. Please return your order with a COPY of the original invoice. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the copy of the original invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped :

Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged:
Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. It may be returned by mail. To ensure proper processing, on the copy of the invoice write either "defective" or "wrong item shipped". If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please write "exchange". Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must send us the copy of the original invoice. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following for returns from U.S., APO/FPO and the U.S. territory addresses: If UPS ground is used, the full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.

For Returns of Online Purchases made outside the United States:

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns for International orders at this time.

Shipping Methods
Orders usually take 2 business days for processing.

  1. 2nd Day (2 business days for delivery)
  2. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery)
  3. International shipping dates may vary depending on location

Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders will be processed approximately within two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and payment is verified. All orders made after 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following day. hauterepublic.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even on air shipment.

In order to process your order quickly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order may be delayed for further verification.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
